I used the SCY-16101 7.4V 1500mAh Li-ion battery to upgrade my MN82, replacing the standard 7.4V 700mAh battery. The difference in performance and runtime is immediately noticeable, the increased capacity gives the MN82 a much longer operating time, which is perfect for extended use without frequent recharging. However, there are a couple of important modifications needed to make this battery work properly: Connector Change: The SCY-16101 uses a Deans T connector, so you'll need to swap out the original MN82 connectors to match. This requires a bit of soldering or adapter work, but it's worth it for the improved power delivery. Charger Upgrade: The standard USB charger that comes with the MN82 isn't powerful enough for this battery. I recommend using a stronger 7.4V USB charger that can handle the higher capacity safely and efficiently. Overall, this battery is a solid upgrade for anyone looking to boost the performance of their MN82. Just be prepared for a bit of DIY to get everything working smoothly.

Perfect for newbies and children to get into the RC game, drives perfectly stock standard, on high-speed battery lasts +-15min on low speed +-20min. Works as an awesome trail RC, just bring and extra battery or power bank to charge it.
